Due to digital disruption, luxury purchasing behaviour has changed. The younger generation, Millennials, have become the growth engine of the luxury market. And the way they interact with brands, is totally different from the previous generation.

Now that customers shop using multiple channels simultaneously, the approach taken should be to make the experience offered be consistent across all channels, the omni channel approach.
